Start your trip stress-free! Parkpool Berlin offers a comfortable and secure parking space all year round. The entire area is illuminated, video-monitored, and locked at night to ensure maximum security for your vehicle.
If you arrive earlier than planned, a comfortable waiting area with restrooms is available for you. Here you will find cozy seating, a foosball table for a quick game, and a play table for young travelers – making the start of your trip even more relaxed.
The free Parkpool shuttle bus is included in the price for up to 4 people and operates daily from 02:00 AM until the arrival of the last flight. Each additional person can be added for a small surcharge of €10.00.
Procedure upon arrival
When you arrive at the parking lot, a staff member will be waiting to assign you a parking space. After parking your vehicle properly, you will be taken to the airport immediately and free of charge.
For the youngest travelers, child seats are available free of charge.
Procedure upon return
After landing, simply call the shuttle hotline listed on your parking ticket. The meeting point is Bus Stop B, which is designated specifically for shuttle buses and located just a few minutes’ walk from the terminals. You will then be conveniently and quickly transported back to your vehicle, from where you can start your journey home relaxed.

The free shuttle bus from Parkpool is included in the price for a maximum of 4 people and runs daily from 02:00 until the last plane lands. For each additional person there is an additional fee of 10.00 Euro.Measurements

The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.
