The BESTPARK underground car park is just under 5 kilometers from Düsseldorf Airport. You hand over your vehicle to the BESTPARK collection point at Kieshecker Weg 153 in 40468 Düsseldorf, after which your vehicle will be taken to the underground car park by BESTPARK's trained specialist staff and parked there safely and under cover. The underground car park is illuminated and secured with a parking barrier.
The shuttle transfer to the departure terminals takes just 1 minute and is included in the booking price. The BESTPARK shuttle buses run from 3:15 a.m. until the last flight lands.
Please note that you will be required to hand over the keys to your vehicle.
When you arrive at the parking lot, report to the check-in counter with your parking ticket. After your vehicle has been picked up by an employee, you will be transported to the departure terminal (B/C) with the in-house shuttle bus.
When you return to Düsseldorf Airport, please contact the shuttle service hotline listed in your booking confirmation and order your transfer back to the parking lot. You can then start your journey home in a relaxed manner.

Shuttle Service
BESTPARK shuttle buses run from 3:15 a.m. until the last flight lands to departure terminal B/C gate number 10 and back. The transfer takes just under 5 minutes and is included in the price for 8 people.
Note:- Bulky luggage is permitted, but an additional fee of € 25.00 will be charged on site.

The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Bei der Hinreise haben wir 15 Minuten auf den Fahrer gewartet am Flughafen waren es bei der Rückreise 45 Minuten. Es war am Flughafen allerdings auch sehr starker Verkehr. Unser Auto wurde in der Tiefgarage von dem Fahrer auf einen Parkplatz im Untergeschoss gefahren, dies ist wohl aus Versicherungsgründen notwendig gewesen. Fand ich etwas blöd, da wir extra einen Parkplatz gesucht haben, bei dem man den Schlüssel nicht abgeben musste. Haben den Schlüssel dann aber direkt wiederbekommen und ansonsten war auch alles in Ordnung.

format_quote Die Erfahrung war okay. Wir haben in einem anderen Parkhaus geparkt. Hierzu kam 2 Tage vorher eine WhatsApp. Dieses war super sicher und wir konnten den Schlüssel behalten. Bei der Rückkehr haben wir leider über 20 Minuten auf den Shuttle warten müssen.
