The illuminated underground parking garage of ParkGarant, secured with a parking barrier and additionally locked with a gate, leaves nothing to be desired. The shuttle service will take you and your fellow travelers directly to the departure terminals B/C of Düsseldorf Airport in just under 6 minutes - the price includes 4 passengers. For each additional passenger there is a charge of 10.00 Euro. The shuttle service is available for you daily from 3:00 a.m. until the last flight lands.
Upon arrival at the underground parking garage, you will be transported to the desired departure terminal (B/C) by the free in-house shuttle bus.
After your arrival at Düsseldorf Airport, please contact the shuttle service hotline indicated in your booking confirmation. You will then be driven back to the underground car park without delay and can start your journey home in a relaxed manner.

Shuttle Service
The ParkGarant shuttle buses run daily from 03:00 until the last plane lands to Terminal B/C and back. The transfer takes just under 6 minutes and is included in the price for 4 people.Measurements

Barrier-free parking and shuttle buses are unfortunately not available.Cancellation
The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Ein sehr gutes Parkhaus. Haben das Auto selber abgestellt und nach 16 Tagen genau so wieder abgeholt, wie abgestellt. Für 16 Tage 110€ ist ein sehr guter Preis. Von daher sehr zufrieden und jederzeit wider.

format_quote Es war alles super. Sowohl der erste als auch der zweite Fahrer waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Person, die das Telefon verwaltet hat, hatte anscheinend keine Lust ans Telefon zu gehen und somit standen wir erst ziemlich ratlos vor Ort als niemand abnahm. Als der Shuttles Fahrer dann eintraf, half dieser uns sehr schnell weiter.
