While this parking option may come at a higher cost, you’ll benefit from an exceptional level of service. Your vehicle is securely parked in a covered and video-monitored parking garage located just 9.3 kilometers from the airport. The service operates from 5:00 AM until the arrival of the last flight.
Upon Arrival
About 30 minutes before you arrive at Frankfurt Airport, call the Valet Service hotline to confirm your arrival time. The handover takes place directly at your airline's departure terminal. If you’re unsure about your terminal location, the hotline staff will assist you promptly.
A trained staff member will meet you at the terminal, inspect your vehicle, and document its condition in a damage report. After handing over your keys, your vehicle will be safely parked in the secure garage, allowing you to start your journey worry-free.
Upon Return
After landing, contact the Valet Service hotline provided in your booking confirmation. Your vehicle will be promptly brought to the terminal, enabling you to continue your journey home without any delays.
