The illuminated and video-monitored parking spaces of HANSA Parking are located on the 4th and 5th floors of the Hansa-Parkhaus. The parking garage is secured by a parking barrier.

The Hansa-Parkhaus is located approx. 8 kilometers from Hamburg Airport. The shuttle transfer to the departure terminal takes just under 8 minutes and is included in the booking price.

The Hansa shuttle buses run daily from 03:00 until the last plane lands.

When you arrive at the Hansa parking garage, take a parking ticket and then park your vehicle properly on parking level P4/P5 of the parking garage. You will then be transported to the desired departure terminal at Hamburg Airport by the free in-house shuttle bus.

After your return journey, call the shuttle service hotline number stated on your booking confirmation and order your transfer back to the parking garage.

  • Shuttle Service
    The shuttle buses run daily from 03:30 until the last plane lands. Please note that the transfer is included in the price for a maximum of 4 people. There is an additional charge of 5.00 euros for each additional person.
  • Measurements
    Maximum height: 2.00 meters. Maximum width: 2.10 meters. Maximum length: 5.00 meters.
  • Accessibility
    Unfortunately, there are no barrier-free parking spaces and shuttle buses available.
  • Cancellation
    The parking space can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. You can choose either a voucher in the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Es war Niemand erreichbar und da wir am nächsten Tag fliegen wollten, buchten wir erneut. Da hat dann alles sehr gut geklappt. Nun warten wir auf die Rückzahlung für die erste Buchung - leider bisher ohne Reaktion.
