The Mainparkhaus offers you maximum security and top-tier comfort. It is illuminated, secured with a parking barrier, video-monitored 24 hours a day, staffed, and regularly inspected via security patrols. Additionally, an alarm system and motion detectors ensure optimal protection for your vehicle around the clock. For large vehicles and buses (without high roofs), we charge a surcharge of 25 euros.

The shuttle service is available to you daily from 06:00 AM to 00:00 AM and takes you to your Departure Terminal 1 within 10 minutes. Transfer for up to 3 passengers is included in the base price; a surcharge of 15 euros applies for each additional person. For trips to Terminal 3, an additional surcharge of 30 euros applies, which must be paid on-site directly to the shuttle driver. For transfers during the late time window between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a night surcharge of 25 euros applies. Please note that bulky luggage cannot be transported (strollers are of course exempt).

Upon Your Arrival
Upon your arrival at the parking garage, park your vehicle independently and properly. Should your arrival be delayed by more than two hours, a delay surcharge of 20 euros will be charged. Afterwards, the in-house shuttle service takes you directly to Terminal 1 – quickly, safely, and hassle-free.

Upon Your Departure
After baggage claim, please proceed to one of the meeting points listed below and call the shuttle service hotline from there to request your return transfer.

  • Terminal 3: Departure Hall HJ1 Door

The shuttle bus will pick you up there and bring you back to your vehicle safely and comfortably.

Important notice for flight delays: If your flight lands late with an arrival at the terminal after 00:00 AM, shuttle service will no longer be available. In this case, the journey to the parking garage must be organized independently and at your own expense (e.g., by taxi).

  • Measurements
    Maximum height: 1.85 meters. Maximum width: 2.50 meters. Maximum length: 6 meters.

    Vehicles higher than 1.85 meters cannot enter!
  • Accessibility
    The parking garage itself is wheelchair accessible. However, please note that the shuttle buses are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
  • Cancellation
    The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Der Lack meines Autos war bei Abholung hoch verschmutzt. Das komplette Auto mit Baustaub (Betonstaub…) bedeckt und bespritzt. Sogar bis in die Türspalten und Motorhaube ist es verdreckt. Bis jetzt habe ich keine Antwort bzw. Entschädigung zu meiner Beschwerde erhalten. Die Autos rundherum sahen ebenfalls so aus. (Mit Fotos und Video dokumentier)
