The shuttle service is included in the price for up to 4 people and is available to you daily from 05:00 AM to 12:00 AM. You will be taken to your departure terminal 1 or 2 within 10 minutes.
Upon your arrival
When you arrive at the parking garage, you park your vehicle independently and properly. Afterwards, the on-site shuttle service will take you directly to Terminal 1 or 2 – quickly, safely, and conveniently.
Upon your return
After collecting your luggage, please proceed to one of the meeting points listed below and call the shuttle service hotline to request your return transfer.
Meeting points:
- Terminal 1: Exit B6 – Departures
- Terminal 2: Exit E8 / 3rd lane
The shuttle bus will pick you up there and take you back to your vehicle safely and comfortably.

Shuttle Service
The shuttle buses are available to you daily from 05:00 AM to 00:00 AM, transporting you to Departure Terminals 1 and 2.
The shuttle service is included in the price for up to 4 people. Additional persons can be added during the booking process for a one-time extra fee.Measurements
Maximum height: 1.85 meters. Maximum width: 2.50 meters. Maximum length: 6 meters.
Vehicles higher than 1.85 meters cannot enter!Accessibility
The parking garage itself is wheelchair accessible. However, please note that the shuttle buses are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.Cancellation
The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.
