The shuttle service is available around the clock and takes you and up to three additional passengers in just 5 minutes directly to your departure Terminal 1, matching your airline. A fee of 20.00 euros applies for each additional passenger.
Please note that a one-time night surcharge of €50.00 applies between 23:00 and 06:00.

Upon Your Arrival
Upon your arrival, a staff member will be waiting for you on site to assign you a parking space. Afterwards, the shuttle service will comfortably and quickly take you to your departure Terminal 1.
Upon Your Return
After landing, contact the shuttle service hotline specified in your booking confirmation. Once you have collected your luggage, proceed to the meeting point and inform the shuttle driver.

Shuttle Service
The shuttle service is available around the clock and takes you and up to three additional passengers in just 5 minutes directly to your departure Terminal 1, matching your airline. A fee of 20.00 euros applies for each additional passenger.
Note:- Please be aware that a night surcharge of €50.00 applies between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Oversized luggage is permitted, but an additional fee of €49.90 will be charged.

The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Am Parkplatz fehlte mir eine eindeutige Beschilderung des Anbieters und der möglichen Parkflächen. Dies verursachte bei mir eine Unsicherheit ob ich überhaupt an der richtigen Stelle bin. Als Wartebereich steht nur die Überdachung des auf dem Gelände befindlichen Ladens zur Verfügung.

format_quote Parkplatz war schlecht beschildert (sehr kleines Schild) und Mitarbeiter zunächst nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Beim nächsten mal wissen wir dass es direkt beim Supermarkt Parkplatz angeschlossen ist. Fürs erste mal hat es uns doch sehr nervös gemacht

format_quote Wir sind sehr zufrieden, als wir am Parkplatz ankamen war wohl das Shuttle gerade nicht verfügbar, deshalb schickte man uns ein Uber das uns problemlos und schnell (wenn auch etwas eng mit viel Gepäck) zum Flughafen fuhr. Leider waren wir bei der Rückreise vom Lufthansa Streik betroffen und mussten einen Tag länger das Auto stehen lassen, dies war überhaupt kein Problem. Der Fahrer hat uns dann sogar am Busbahnhof Flughafen abgeholt da wir dort angekommen sind. Wir sind wirklich sehr dankbar das so gut mit unserer Notsituation umgegangen wurde. Der Parkplatz war etwas schwer zu finden weil er sich auf dem Parkplatz eines Getränkemarktes befindet, telefonisch wurde uns da aber gut weitergeholfen.
