The fenced outdoor parking lot is video-monitored and staffed 24 hours a day – providing complete peace of mind during your trip.
The in-house shuttle service takes you directly to the terminal at Hamburg Airport in just 6 minutes. The shuttle operates daily from 3:00 AM until the last flight has landed. Transfer for up to 4 passengers is included in the price; each additional person can be added for €15.
Upon your arrival
Upon arrival at the parking lot, please check in with your booking confirmation. You will then be assigned a parking space, and the shuttle will take you quickly and reliably to your departure terminal in just 6 minutes.
Please note that it is necessary to hand in the keys and that your vehicle will be maneuvered on the parking space. Upon your return
After collecting your luggage, call the shuttle service hotline. Then proceed to the designated meeting point where your driver will already be waiting for you. The shuttle will take you safely and comfortably back to your car, ensuring a relaxed end to your journey.

Shuttle Service
The shuttle buses run daily from 03:00 until the last plane lands. Please note that the transfer is included in the price for up to 4 people. There is an additional charge of 15.00 euros for each additional person.Measurements

Unfortunately, there are no barrier-free parking spaces and shuttle buses available.Cancellation
The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.
