Our in-house shuttle bus will take you to the departure terminal of Hamburg Airport, which is approx. 5.9 km away, in just 6 minutes. During your absence, your vehicle will be securely stored in locked, illuminated and video-monitored parking lots. A key handover is required. When you arrive, register at the parking lot check-in with your booking confirmation and use our free shuttle bus to Hamburg Airport. On your return, simply call our shuttle service hotline as soon as you have left the customs area and our shuttle bus will pick you up directly at the agreed terminal. Shuttle Service
The free shuttle bus from Parkpool is included in the price for a maximum of 4 people and runs daily from 03:00 until the last plane lands. For each additional person there is an additional fee of 10.00 Euro.Measurements

The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

Vorab wollte ich gerne den Flugtag ändern, 1 Tag weniger, war leider nicht mehr möglich (6 Wochen vorher) Habe also 1 Tag zuviel gezahlt. Hingenommen. Sonst alles ok. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

format_quote Super zufrieden. Das Parkplatz-Team hat uns sogar nachts nach einer Flugverschiebung NICHT hängen gelassen, nachdem wir erst um 0.40 Uhr vorm Flughafen abgeholt werden konnten. Starthilfe wurde uns auch noch gegeben, da unsere Autobatterie leer war. Vielen, vielen Dank!
