When you arrive at the underground parking garage, the Parkoa team will be waiting for you. After you have parked your vehicle safely, the free shuttle bus will take you and your fellow travelers directly to departure terminal 3/4.
On your return to the Airport, simply call the shuttle service hotline indicated on your booking confirmation and order your return transfer to the parking lot. You will then be picked up again at Departure Terminal 3/4 and taken back to the underground parking garage, from where you can start your journey home in complete relaxation.

Shuttle Service
The shuttle buses from Parkoa run daily from 06:00 to 22:00. Please note that the transfer is included in the price for a maximum of 4 people. There is an additional charge of 10.00 euros for each additional person.Measurements

The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Eingang es Parkhauses ist etwas unauffällig und daher nicht so einfach zu finden. Ein Hinweis (zB. Schild mit Logo des Anbieters) wäre hier ganz hilfreich.

format_quote Hatten vor 2 Monaten den Parkplatz gebucht, bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt das wir einen Parkplatz in der Ecke, 2 Autos auf einem Parkplatz haben,da wegen Flugausfall kein anderer zur Verfügung stand. Das wir aber dann unseren Autoschlüssel abgeben müssen fals das andere Auto nicht rauskommt, fanden wir nicht in Ordnung.

format_quote Der Parkplatz hat einen super Erreichbarkeit von Autobahn und Flughafen. Der Parkplatz ist in einer Tiefgarage, welche sauber ist und durch ein Gittertor gesichert ist. Der Fahrer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kaum Wartezeiten auf Hin und Rückfahrt. Parkplätze sind ausreichend breit, so dass auch das aussteigen mit Kindern kein Problem war.
