Hand over your vehicle directly at Departure Terminal 2/3 of Airport to a trained Parkoa employee. While you embark on your journey stress-free, your vehicle will be safely parked in the reserved outdoor parking area at the Marktkauf department store in Ostfildern. Of course, your vehicle is covered by the operator's legal insurance for the entire parking duration.
Upon Your Arrival
About 15 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call the Parkoa hotline to announce your upcoming vehicle drop-off. A trained Parkoa employee will meet you at Departure Terminal 2/3. After a brief vehicle inspection, a damage report will be created to document the condition of your vehicle. You will receive this report as proof. Then, hand over your car keys, and the employee will safely park your vehicle in the Parkoa lot.
Upon Your Return
Thanks to the flight number provided during booking, Parkoa knows exactly when your flight lands. Your vehicle will be brought to Arrival Terminal 3 in the arrivals area on time and will be ready for you. You can take your car immediately and begin your journey home without delays.

Wir haben eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft Bescheid gegeben, die Dame, die unser Auto übernommen hat, rief nochmal kurz vorher an und wir mussten nicht mal eine Minute auf sie warten um unser Auto zu übergeben. Bei der Ankunft dauerte es auch nur 5 Minuten, bis wir nach unserem Anruf unser Auto bekamen. Uns wurde auch noch geholfen, unser Gepäck einzuladen.

Eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft am Flughafen die angegebene Rufnummer kontaktiert - unkomplizierte und schnelle Übergabe am Flughafen. Auch bei der Ankunft war alles ganz einfach. 1 Anruf und innerhalb von 5 Minuten war das Auto da. Bin begeistert und von mir gibt’s 100% weiterempfehlung! Gerne wieder.
