The shuttle service reliably transports you and your fellow travelers to Terminal 3/4 or back in just 5 minutes. This service is available 360 days a year – from 3:30 AM until the last flight lands – and is included in the price for up to 4 people.

Upon Your Arrival
When you arrive at the parking lot, a friendly shuttle driver will welcome you, assign you a parking spot, and assist you with your luggage. Once you have parked your vehicle, you will be transported to Terminal 3/4 with the complimentary on-site shuttle bus.

Please note that key handover is required, as your vehicle may be repositioned on the lot.

After Your Return
After your return, call the shuttle service hotline number provided on your booking confirmation to arrange your transfer back to the parking lot.

  • Shuttle Service
    The shuttle buses operate daily from 03:30 AM until the arrival of the last flight. Please note that the transfer is included in the price for a maximum of 4 people. An additional fee of 10.00 euros applies for each additional person.
  • Measurements
    Maximum height: Unlimited. Maximum width: 2.10 meters. Maximum length: 5.00 meters.
  • Accessibility
    Unfortunately, there are no barrier-free parking spaces or shuttle buses available.
  • Cancellation
    The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Bewertung Parkplatztarif Der Transfer zum Flughafen sowie die Abholung bei der Rückkehr waren zunächst sehr professionell organisiert. Beide Fahrten wurden vom selben Fahrer durchgeführt, der äußerst freundlich war – hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Leider endet der positive Eindruck genau an diesem Punkt. Beim Rücktransport wurde ich lediglich auf dem Parkplatz abgesetzt und bekam den Schlüssel mit dem Hinweis „Ihr Fahrzeug steht dahinten“. Der Fahrer ist anschließend sofort weggefahren, ohne gemeinsam einen kurzen Check des Fahrzeugs durchzuführen oder sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Bereits aus der Entfernung war für mich erkennbar, dass mein Fahrzeug auf der Fahrerseite eine deutliche Schramme aufweist, die vorher definitiv nicht vorhanden war. Ich habe den Zustand direkt vor Ort per Video dokumentiert (einmal komplett rund ums Fahrzeug). Kurz darauf kam eine andere Fahrerin der Firma, der ich den Schaden melden wollte. Ihre einzige Reaktion war die Anweisung, Bilder anzufertigen und diese per E-Mail zu senden – was ich umgehend direkt vom Parkplatz aus erledigt habe. Was danach folgte, ist absolut inakzeptabel: Nach 2 Tagen keinerlei Rückmeldung. Nach einem Anruf wurde mir zugesichert, dass sich die Firma melden wird – ohne Ergebnis. Nach weiteren 5 Tagen habe ich erneut angerufen und wurde darüber informiert, dass das gesamte Büro im Urlaub sei und für mehrere Tage nicht erreichbar ist. Statt einer Lösung sollte ich den Vorfall zusätzlich per WhatsApp melden, was ich ebenfalls sofort erledigt habe. Mittlerweile sind 10 Tage vergangen – ohne jegliche Rückmeldung, Nachfrage oder erkennbare Klärungsbemühungen seitens des Anbieters. Ein derart Umgang mit einem Schadensfall ist aus meiner Sicht absolut unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich. Gerade in solchen Situationen zeigt sich die Qualität eines Dienstleisters – und hier wurde ich leider komplett im Stich gelassen.
